| Anyone who will be placing a baby in a vehicle car seat is encourage to attend this class.
Receive helpful instruction about securing your baby's car seat in your vehicle and receive information on current laws and how to keep your new baby safe while traveling. | This class provides information related to pregnancy, hospital admission and stay, allowing time for questions. A tour of CRMC's Women's Life Center allows you to become familiar with staff member faces as well as the physicial environment, helping you to feel more comfortable when it is time for your childbirth experience. It will be held from 2-4 p.m. and will begin in the CRMC Women's Life Center Conference Room.

| Daddy Boot Camp |

| Boot Camp is a program for expectant Dads. It allows man to man discussion with the opportunity to hear experiences and gain insight from recently new fathers and get helpful hints from facilitators. "Veteran" Dads bring their little ones, providing an opportunity to see and hold infants and to watch the Dads with their babies. This Dad led event will be in CRMC's Women's Life Center Classroom from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. The fee for this class is $10. Pre-registration is required.

| Early Bird Pregnancy Class |

| Early Bird is a program for women and their partners planning a pregnancy or pregnant women and their partners up to 20 weeks gestation. It provides information related to pregnancy planning, nutritional needs, exercise, safety concerns, pregnancy changes, signs of pre-term labor, and preparing for your special delivery. It will be held in the CRMC Women's Life Center Classroom from 6-8 p.m. The fee is $10 (no charge for support persons attending).

| This class provides updated information for grandparents-to-be and to see what's new in baby care since your children were small. You'll receive information on how to help and support the first few weeks after your grandchild is born. There will be a tour of the unit and we'll discuss changes in maternity care over the past several years. Class will be held from 6-8 p.m. in the CRMC Women's Life Center Conference Room.
