Cleveland Regional Medical Center manages two long-term care facilities:
Cleveland Pines
Located approximately one mile from the Cleveland Regional Medical Center campus in Shelby, N.C.,
Cleveland Pines Nursing Center has 120 beds with skilled and intermediate nursing. With a special
emphasis on rehabilitation, we can discharge a significant portion of our residents back home in the
community. Our facility, only eight years old, features modern architecture; an aviary; a 55-gallon
freshwater aquarium; an outdoor wonder garden; 24-hour professional nursing supervision and physician
coverage; certified nursing assistants; dental care; opthamological, psychiatric and pharmacy services;
physical, speech and occupational therapy; medical social work support; licensed dietitians for nutritional
needs; wide variety of life enhancement activities; residents council; 24-hour security; and a chaplain
on staff.

Crawley Memorial Hospital
Managed by Cleveland Regional Medical Center in Boiling Springs, N.C., Crawley Memorial Hospital has 60
beds with acute, skilled and intermediate care. Whether our residents need long- or short-term rehabilitation,
our emphasis is returning them to the community. With this goal in mind, we provide 24- hour registered nurse
supervision and physician coverage; certified nursing assistants; dental care; psychiatric and pharmacy
services; speech language pathology; physical therapy; occupational therapy; nutritional support; a wide
variety of life enhancement activities; and a resident council.
