CRMC WOMEN'S LIFE CENTER

Midlife Women's Health
At the Women's Life Center, we can help you separate fact from fiction where menopause is concerned. Our medical and support staffs will provide you with information and present options, and our education resource center is open to you for additional research on this and other health-related matters. Learn what hormone replacement therapy is, and investigate other alternative therapies. Discover how to establish healthy habits, such as starting and maintaining an exercise and weight training program to combat osteoporosis.

Midlife is a good time for people to pause and take stock of where they're going on their journey. Women in particular experience a variety of physical and emotional changes in the middle years. For the short term, it's helpful to know how to manage the symptoms that can occur with peri-menopause and menopause. For the long term, it's wise to have a plan to stay healthy in the years ahead.
